Cindy Deadrick-Wolfer

Cindy Deadrick-Wolfer is an expert event planner with over 30 years of experience in event planning, organization, execution and follow up. Past events include Komen Decatur Race for the Cure, Futures Golf Tournament, DMH Community Golf Outing, Mari Mann Herb Festival, RCC Dollars for Scholars Golf Outings, DMH Illinois High School Combine, countless weddings, private parties and company picnics.

In addition to event planning, Deadrick-Wolfer is also highly involved in the Decatur community, is a respected business owner, has proven experience in fundraising and has served on multiple committees. Skill include: having excellent communication, great ability to problem solve, a strong work ethic, exceptional creativity, an eye for decorating, the ability to motivate individuals, unique and original ideas and the ability to multi-task.

Stephanie Irby

Stephanie Irby is an event planner with a passion for the success of small business and the community and a love for all things fun. She coordinates and executes weddings, intimate showers and private celebrations as well as large scale promotional events.  Her experience includes: poker tournaments, galas, business expos, annual meetings, trivia nights, outdoor festivals and a large assortment of fundraising events. Her positive attributes include her drive and determination, work ethic, organizational skills and her ability to engage the interest and empower those around her while developing innovative events.


Cindy Laegeler

Cindy Laegeler has over 27 years of volunteer and professional experience in event planning, promotion, and management.  During her career as Executive Director of Partners In Education and Chief Operating Officer of Progress City USA, she successfully executed such events as Partners Salute, 8th Grade Career Fair, Youth Leadership Institute, World of Work Grants, Flea Markets, PrairieFest, Farm Progress Show, two outdoor music concerts, and many other events.  Her volunteer event planning involvement includes FUTURES Charity Golf Tournament, Race for the Cure, Summer Start, Decatur Area Arts Council First Night and many others.  She has served on numerous community committees and boards, including: Easter Seals, United Way, Junior Welfare Association, Decatur Memorial Foundation, Children’s Museum of Illinois, Decatur Community Partnership, Fun Fair, Decatur Public Schools, Youth Engagement Strategy, Richland Community College Foundation, and Decatur Red Cross.  She received a Women of Excellence award in 1996, inclusion in the Herald & Review Top 50 Leaders in 1999, and recognition as an Athena Award recipient in 2006.

Bean Miller

Bean Miller is a recent graduate of Millikin University with a degree in Communication. Having a strong interest in event planning, Miller planned and executed events including The Tanglewood Senior Prom, completed an internship in London aiding in the execution of a fashion show and events for Fashion Designer Graeme Black, and assisted in philanropy events for the Delta Delta Delta Sorority.

Past work experience includes marketing and talent management for Aramark, agent and event planner for The Kilborn Alley Blues Band and casting assistant for the TV show Deal or No Deal. Skills include: having a strong work ethic and loyalty to the job, strong organizational and listening skills and commitment to outstanding customer service.  

Terry Myers

Terry Myers has been involved in event planning and professional fundraising for over 25 years. Past events include Symphony of Trees, One Light to Remember Judy Mason Memorial, Hearts for All Golf Classic, wedding rehearsals and receptions, commercial holiday decorating, open houses and countless dinners and receptions.

In addition to event planning and fundraising, Myers also creates newsletters, communication pieces and invitation packages. Skills include: exceptional creativity, a strong work ethic, commitment to the job, and great communication.
